How a Requirement Becomes a Crew

Requirement Study

We review scope, trades, headcount, site conditions and mobilisation timelines with your project team. This is where we establish what is genuinely achievable in the window available — including telling you when a date is not realistic for the documentation involved.

Sourcing & Screening

Candidates are shortlisted against trade tests, certifications, experience and medical fitness criteria. Where a client wants to interview or witness a trade test, we arrange it before anyone is committed to the mobilisation.

Documentation & Compliance

Visas, labour clearances, insurance and site passes are processed in line with Omani labour regulations. This stage is the one that most often determines whether a mobilisation date holds, so it runs in parallel with sourcing rather than after it.

Mobilisation

Personnel are inducted, kitted and deployed to site on the agreed date, with accommodation and transport arranged. Crews arrive ready to start — not waiting on a pass, a PPE issue or a bed.

  • Accommodation and daily transport organised
  • Reporting lines and supervision confirmed with the client

Ongoing Support

Payroll, replacements, timesheet coordination and performance reviews run for the full contract duration. Our involvement does not end at the gate — the people on your site remain our responsibility until demobilisation.
